Pilot Programme

In order to make sure that MyCareTracker is as helpful as it can be we will be running a pilot programme with consultation from no more than 25 testers. The first 25 people to sign up for the pilot programme will receive free lifetime membership of MyCareTracker.

Requirements

Participants must be funding their care through at least one of the following:

  • A Direct Payment
  • A Personal Budget
  • Compensation pay out or trust scheme
  • Personal Health Budget
  • Continuing Care

To accurately test the system, users must be in receipt of at least ten hours of care a week and employ three or more carers. They must also have reliable internet access at all times.

Participants must be prepared to:

  • Submit any feedback or questions that they may have about the system
  • Be available for a possible Skype phone call session once every two weeks, to go over detailed feedback
  • Continue to manage their care in the usual way, so that a comparison can be made for effective feedback

Whilst we will do everything that we can to make the website as robust as possible, testers must consider that they will be involved in the ongoing development of a software product. During this period testers should consider MyCareTracker as an unfinished product and should not use it as their primary care management tool.
